Three days in Parvati valley

Bus up, a day walk to Kheerganga, and not much else on purpose.

Overnight bus to Bhuntar
Then a local bus up the valley. About an hour and a half to Kasol.

Kheerganga
Bus to Barshaini, then a four hour walk up. Hot spring at the top, and it is worth every step.
Watch out
Start by 9am. Coming down in the dark on that trail is a genuinely bad idea.

Chalal walk, then back
Easy riverside walk in the morning, evening bus to Delhi.

You can leave the big bag in Kasol and walk up with a daypack. Most guesthouses will hold it.
Cash. The one ATM in Kasol is empty as often as not.

Two of us on rented Himalayans, no bookings past the first night. Fast, cold, and cheaper than it sounds.

Manali in, Shimla out. The hardest and best trip on this list.

Train down, one fort a day, and a lot of time spent eating.
